The team at C&A has over 65 combined years of experience in the association management industry. We have managed associations at the local, state and national level as well as international associations.

Dedicating her entire career to non-profit management, Cheryl has provided outstanding service to organizations during her 25 year tenure. Cheryl is highly service-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile so that her organizations accomplish their goals without issue.
Her career successes have resulted in significant membership and revenue growth, numerous political achievements, exceptional fundraising campaigns, expanded and profit-producing trade shows, significant strategic accomplishments, and outperforming governance objectives and financial results every year.
Each organization Cheryl has worked with has seen significant growth in membership, finances, new program development and completed strategic goals. Cheryl prides herself on the strong relationships she develops with her Board and membership as well as her ability to quickly learn a new industry.
Compassionate, service-oriented and always going the extra mile are just a few characteristics that define Cheryl's work ethic and success. Committed to education and professional development, Cheryl is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with American Society of Association Executives and a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management (IOM) with United States Chambers of Commerce.
Cheryl has served associations on the local, state, national and international level. She has served in various departments such as government relations, membership, event planning, trade show management, committee management, fundraising and sponsorship sales, coalition building , and strategic alliances. She has also served numerous organizations in the top position as CEO and Executive Director.
As President of C&A, Cheryl divides her time providing executive leadership services to clients and business development for C&A.
As Vice President of C&A, Andrew supports our clients by providing executive leadership, membership engagement, convention and trade show management and overall client relations.
With over 24 years of executive level management, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to organizations in the areas of governance, growth, sales, and strategic alliances. In addition, he has been a valued member of many associations holding positions on the Board, Committee Chair, and Task Force initiatives.
During his tenure with several organizations he has positioned the association for significant growth through the development of a new trade show, managing financial objectives, and launching new industry related programs.
Andrew has served associations at the local, state and national levels. Industry served include recycling, demolition, construction, garden retail, finance sector and information technology.
As Director of Member Engagement, Morgan interacts with volunteers to promote current member benefits and services. He leads the challenge for many of our clients interested in recruiting new members and increase sponsorship sales objectives.
Morgan takes great pride in his customer service demeanor and responsiveness. Our volunteers enjoy working alongside Morgan at events and trade shows.
Morgan has over 25 years of experience in sales and trade show management representing many different industries including: wholesale floral, commercial transportation, horticulture/green industry, garden retail, heavy equipment, and recyclable commodities.
C&A works with several industry related businesses to help ensure the management services of our clients are achieved without issue.
C&A partner providers include: tax/accounting firm, association attorney/legal expert, social media firm, website and IT consultant, marketing and graphic design, and meetings/exhibit service providers.
C&A is always creating new partnerships based on the needs of our client's objectives and will also work alongside any vendors and service providers your organization has under contract.
